..there's more then 1000 way's to knot a Hermés scarf? Neither did I, I mean, who could imagine.. But during an event a few weeks ago, while sipping champagne and nibbling canapés with the rich and beautiful (who buy Hermés scarfs) at NK I got thought a few tricks in this forgotten art. Though I will stick to my favorite scarfs from C Neeon and Ivana Helsinki maybe it's time to get jiggy with it.. or at least it gives you something to do during a grey, dull thursday..

Bon Magazine invited Theo Jensen to have a lecture about his great project Strand Beest last night. His creatures are truly amazing and it was great to hear him speak and explain them.

Noguchi & Graham

My dear little friend Sasha gave me the lovely book "Selected Works for Dance," about the works of Isamu Noguchi and Martha Graham. Their Scenography is so inspiring and profound.. so human and beautiful! and i wouldn't say no to the coffee table either..

Keiko

I met Keiko Kurita, who is a photographer, a while back in London but she is now based in Tokyo. Here is some new work of hers, called Tree/Sleep. I really like the contrasts, pale grey and blue against greens and browns..

London

Made a quick visit to London, which was showing off with extreme warm and sunny weather. The great gallery The Riflemaker on Beak street in Soho had two great exhibitions on: Juan Fontanive and Liliane Lijn. Juan Fontanive showing Tin Tan, which is amazing "dancing" maschines, beautiful made and very poetic. Liane Lijn project Stardust includes film projections on Aerogel, a NASA invention. Magical. My little mobile phone could not make any of these exhibitions justice so if you can pay a visit! (you can also view a better movie of Tin Tan here..)
Oh, the background music is St.Vincent..
